Chocolate Baked Oatmeal
A deliciously sweet, whole-ingredient, and healthy breakfast bar

Ingredients
2 3/4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 – 1/2 cup natural sweetener like honey
2 tablespoons avocado oil
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 cup milk
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
Optional: 1/4 – 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Directions
In large mixing bowl, stir together the dry ingredients
In another mixing bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients
Add the wet ingredients to the dry. Stir them together and then stir in the chocolate chips. Spread the batter in a greased 9×13 inch dish
Bake for about 20 minutes or until the middle is just set
